Key Responsibilities: IT Asset & Inventory Management:
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (hardware & software).
Track IT equipment allocation, procurement, and decommissioning.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with asset management policies.
Software Installation & System Administration:
Install, configure, and update software applications as per business needs.
Manage operating system updates, patches, and security configurations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
IT Security & Drive Encryption:
Implement and monitor IT security policies, including endpoint protection.
Configure and manage
