Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

System Administrator

with 1-2 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory management, software installation, IT security, networking, cloud & virtualization, and user access management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and managing user accounts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities: IT Asset & Inventory Management:

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (hardware & software). Track IT equipment allocation, procurement, and decommissioning. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with asset management policies.

Software Installation & System Administration:

Install, configure, and update software applications as per business needs. Manage operating system updates, patches, and security configurations. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

IT Security & Drive Encryption:

Implement and monitor IT security policies, including endpoint protection. Configure and manage

drive encryption

to secure sensitive data. Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.

Networking & Cloud/Virtualization Management:

Manage basic network configurations (LAN, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP). Support cloud and virtualization environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, or equivalent). Assist in troubleshooting network and cloud-related issues.

User & Access Management:

Create and manage user accounts in

Gmail, Asana, Bitrix, and other collaboration tools

. Assign appropriate access levels while ensuring security compliance. Maintain records of user accounts and permissions.

General IT Support & Documentation:

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Maintain documentation of system configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting procedures. Train employees on IT security best practices and system usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience

in system administration, IT security, asset management, and networking. Proficiency in

Windows/Linux operating systems

and software deployment. Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

. Basic knowledge of

networking protocols, firewalls, and VPN configurations

. Hands-on experience with

drive encryption tools (BitLocker, VeraCrypt, etc.)

. Familiarity with

Google Workspace (Gmail), Asana, Bitrix, and other collaboration tools

. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications like

CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

. Experience with

IT service management (ITSM) tools

. Knowledge of

endpoint security solutions and compliance policies

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
