Job Description

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, software, and IT equipment. Assist users with technical issues and help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain hardware, software, and network devices Troubleshoot system and network problems Assist with LAN/WAN, cabling, routers, and switches Monitor network performance and report concerns Maintain IT assets and documentation Support backups, security patches, and antivirus updates Provide on-site and remote technical support Assist senior IT staff with infrastructure tasks

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA in CS/IT (pursuing or completed) Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, IP addressing, and Windows/Linux Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Quick learner and team-oriented Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, software, and IT equipment.
