: Senior Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure Lead
Role Overview:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end management, maintenance, and security of server environments across five regional offices. This role requires a blend of hands-on hardware management and high-level network orchestration to ensure 99.9% uptime for all branch locations.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Server Management: Implement and maintain physical or virtual servers (Windows/Linux/Cloud) across five distinct office locations.
Network Connectivity (SD-WAN/VPN): Configure and monitor secure site-to-site VPNs or SD-WAN to facilitate seamless data sharing and communication between offices.
Centralized Backup & Recovery: Establish and test robust disaster recovery protocols, ensuring all five offices have reliable off-site backups.
Active Directory & Identity Management: Manage centralized user access control (AD/LDAP) to ensure consistent security policies across all branches.
Remote Support & Monitoring: Deploy server monitoring tools to track CPU, memory, and storage health across all five locations from a central dashboard.
Hardware Procurement & Lifecycle: Standardise hardware specifications (e.g., RAID 10 SSDs, Quad-core Xeons) to ensure uniform performance across all sites.
Security & Patch Management: Coordinate monthly patch cycles and firmware updates to mitigate vulnerabilities across the entire multi-office estate.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in system administration, with proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network protocols.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent.
Travel: Ability to travel between the five office locations for physical hardware maintenance and deployment as needed. Strategy for Handling Five Offices
Standardization: Use identical server builds and software versions at each site to simplify troubleshooting and parts replacement.
Centralized Management: Use a "Single Pane of Glass" monitoring solution (like PRTG or Zabbix) to view the status of all five offices simultaneously.
Local Redundancy: Implement Virtual Server technology at each site to isolate failures and ensure that if one service crashes, it does not bring down the entire office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
