SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator with 3+ years of managing servers, ensuring high uptime, and strengthening security. Skilled in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and Oracle Database Administration.

Responsibilities:

Install, set up, and maintain Linux servers and systems, ensuring high availability performance to minimize downtime and support business continuity.

Monitor system performance to guarantee dependability and availability.

Maintain frequent system backups and recovery methods.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent costly security breaches.

Collaborate with other IT professionals to create and deploy innovative solutions t enhance overall IT infrastructure and support business growth.

Maintain documentation of system setups, procedures, and processes to ensure knowledge retention, regulatory compliance, and smooth team transitions.

Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates promptly to keep systems up to dat reducing vulnerabilities and maintaining compliance.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure secure access and data privacy.

Monitor and analyze logs to detect and address any issues proactively, preventing potential system failures and ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a Linux administrator.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive understanding of Linux operating systems (such as CentOS, Ubuntu, and Red Hat).

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.

Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration is must.

Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and dynamic environment

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
