The job roles and responsibilities are,
? Install, configure, and maintain desktop, server, and network systems (Windows-Linux-MAC).
? Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
? Maintain and troubleshoot hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
? Assist in setting up and maintaining security measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and access controls.
? Support IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation.
? Respond to helpdesk tickets, providing timely and effective technical support.
? Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for system upgrades or issue resolution.
? Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years of Experience in System Administration
Required Skills:
The candidate should have the below skill sets,
? Have Good communication skills both written and spoken English
? Have excellent analytical skills & quick to think on their feet
? Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision are all important
? Have a logical approach to problem solving - look for the simplest / most elegant solution to a problem
? Should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & rotational week offs
? Linux and windows Operation system knowledge,
? Basic networking knowledge, Support & Ticketing Systems,
? System Setup & Maintenance,Good team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
