About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible candidate to manage incoming orders and handle customer returns efficiently. The ideal person should be organized, proactive, and comfortable using online platforms to track and process orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all orders received online
Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners
Handle customer returns and ensure quick resolutions
Maintain accurate order records and reports
Support the operations team in daily activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,877.12 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Experience:
System administration: 1 year (Preferred)
