Key Responsibilities
System & IT Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, system access, and software installations
Provide day-to-day IT support and bug fixing for employees
Maintain IT inventory and handle asset tracking
Microsoft & Software Management
Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Support with device setup, updates, and Microsoft OS troubleshooting
Network & Server Basics
Set up and maintain routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks
Basic server support (file sharing, user roles, access control)
Perform basic network configuration and monitoring
Web & Network Security
Monitor and maintain antivirus, firewalls, and basic endpoint protection
Identify and patch system vulnerabilities
Ensure data safety and implement basic IT security practices
Automation & AI Tools
Use workflow tools like N8N, Zapier, or Power Automate for simple automation
Support teams in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for productivity
Explore and test new tools to improve internal processes
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain logs of system changes, incidents, and configurations
Ensure systems follow company policies and compliance standards
Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT/System Administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware
Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, Wi-Fi)
Basic understanding of web/network security practices
Exposure to automation tools (N8N, Zapier) and AI tools is a plus
Good problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+ are a plus
