OMCS OCI Infra teams provide 24 x 7 support for Oracle Cloud Servers, Storage, Infrastructure, interoperability, and Operating Systems support for Oracle\'s Gen2 Cloud and its customers across all OCI regions. This team is committed to providing best Cloud Technology support and services. Required skills: Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Independent problem solving self-direction Excellent in verbal and written communication Fully competent in own area of expertise (Windows System Administration and Cloud Infra) Must have worked as Windows SME In depth knowledge in Active Directory, Remote Desktop Service, DNS, DHCP, SCCM and Windows server family setup, deployment, maintenance, and patching Duties and tasks are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. Uses professional concepts, company policies/procedures & creativity to solve a wide range of problems. Contributes to complex aspects of a project or assignment. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills. Upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, maintaining the security and stability of the environment Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction/mentoring to others. A solid understanding of Cloud networking/distributed computing environment concepts Be a strong contributor to development of platform services including architecture, configuration, deployment, and support (Debugging and troubleshooting) Ability to create scripts in PowerShell, VBS, Python, Ansible and similar languages Candidate must be versatile, long-term visionary, a team-player, and enjoys working with new technologies in a fast-paced technology environment.
