We are currently seeking a System Administration Sr Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
ServiceNow Jr. Developer - I
Experience: Overall 2+ years
ServiceNow: 1+ Years
Modules managed in ServiceNow: Should have hands on experience in at least below ITSM modules * Incident Management
- Request Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Survey Management
- Knowledge Management
- Configuration Management
- Should have worked as a team member in some of the instance upgrade activities like cloning, skip reviews etc
- Should have some experience working on Domain Separated instance
- Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis
- Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etc
- Integration Hub
- Service Portal
- Catalog Builder
- UI Builder
- ITIL Foundation
