Management of data backup, recovery, and restoration tasks for all desktops, laptops, and smart devices belong to the organization.
Monitoring of organization's infrastructure assets on a periodic basis (desktops, laptops, and smart devices).
Management of hardware component up-gradation and maintenance requirements for all infrastructural assets belong to the organization.
Maintenance and management of organization LAN, WAN, and VPN environments and associated infrastructure.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Hardware and networking
Knowledge of working on operating systems -Windows OS
Knowledge with switches, cabling, patching, maintaining up of network topologies
Knowledge with setting up and usage of infrastructure monitoring tools
Must have a working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
Must have related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
Knowledge of Domain name system and IP
Must have working knowledge of deployment of any websites on any domain (Azure, AWS or any other domain)
Knowledge of web hosting (portal godaddy.com, aws. azure) familiar with C-panel (mail server)
Knowledge of Code commit version controls (Azure Devops, GitHub)
