Job Description

Duties:

• Proven experience in Windows systems administration.
• Understanding of WDS and OS image Customisation.
• Proffeciency in Ticketing tool like ServiceNOW
• Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols
• Experience with security tools and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Windows Deployment Services (WDS) integrated with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Customized OS images as per requirement
• Practical experience with antivirus solutions such as CrowdStrike and Windows Defender.
• Basic knowledge in scripting
• Knowledge on Network segmentation and Network concepts
• Knowledge on reporting/dashboard tools
• Ensuring Information Security compliance for corporate and lab devices
• Experienced in ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem management

Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferably Computer Science
