Job Roles and Responsibility:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers (Linux and windows), and other hardware and software. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring systems are running efficiently and reliably. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and threats. Maintain MPLS, ILL, SDWAN, LAN networks. Coordinate with vendors for service support. Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering questions. Plan and implement upgrades to hardware, software, and infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT. Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect data and systems in case of failure. Maintain documentation of systems and procedures. Train users on how to use systems and software properly. Manage network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and protocols. Ensure network security and performance.
