Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.




Job Summary

? Monitor network, server, and application performance using SolarWinds dashboards and alerts

? Respond to performance issues and escalate to senior admins as needed

? Support the creation of custom reports and dashboards for operational visibility

? Perform routine updates, backups, and health checks of the SolarWinds platform

? Document monitoring configurations, alert thresholds, and troubleshooting steps

? Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to ensure accurate data collection and Participate in onboarding new devices and services into the monitoring environment
