Ensure network security and data backup procedures are functioning properly. Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses

Support implementation of new applications or upgrades. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, warranty claims, and software renewals. Monitor and manage CCTV, biometric devices, and other network-connected hardware. * Document technical knowledge and standard operating procedures
