Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Basic Knowledge of desktop, electronic, Asset management & Hardware. Installation and troubleshooting for OS (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10 etc.) Installation, and Configuration of MS-office. Knowledge of Office 365 & One Drive & Share Point Desktop & laptop complete troubleshooting knowledge (replace of all hardware) Asset Management Should have good knowledge of Excel(mandatory) Installation & Configuration of LAN, WAN, and IP Phones. Technical skills related to Desktops & Laptops, Mail clients (MS Outlook), Antivirus installation, Patch management, Software Installation, and Basic Networking skills. Good Communication skills to interface with the end user.
