Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

System Administrator

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, routers, networks, and containerized environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

LAN/WAN configuration

,

network troubleshooting

, and

Docker/Kubernetes

administration to ensure smooth operations of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

routers, switches, and firewalls

for secure and reliable network connectivity. Manage and troubleshoot

LAN/WAN infrastructure

to ensure optimal performance. Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective measures. Deploy, configure, and manage

Docker containers

and

Kubernetes clusters

for application hosting. Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls. Collaborate with the DevOps and development teams for smooth deployment cycles. Implement and maintain disaster recovery and failover strategies. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-3 years

of proven experience in system administration. Strong knowledge of

routers, switches, LAN, and WAN technologies

. Experience with

Docker

containerization and

Kubernetes orchestration

. Familiarity with Linux/Windows server administration. Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform. Certification in networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) is a plus.
