Job Overview: The IT Help Desk Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers. They will work closely with other IT professionals to resolve computer-related issues and ensure that all systems are functioning properly. What you\'ll do:

  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email
  • Rotational shifts in 24x7 model (5 day working)
  • Experience working on ITIL based tools like Manage Engine Service desk, FreshService etc for managing day to day work
  • Understanding of SLA\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
  • Document and track IT helpdesk tickets
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
  • Train and mentor new IT helpdesk technicians
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies and trends
About You:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in providing technical support to end users
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with other software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
