Integration Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN). Position Overview: As the Murex CoE Lead, you will be at the helm of a transformative journey, driving the establishment and growth of our Murex CoE in India. This role presents an extraordinary opportunity to combine your leadership value with deep Murex expertise, positioning you as a key driver of our global success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Murex CoE initiative, aligning with our organizational goals and our global strategy. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of Murex professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Drive thought leadership by staying on top of Murex advancements, implementing best practices, and exploring emerging technologies. Establish and nurture relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and successful project delivery. Oversee Murex projects or support activities. This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support, drive comprehensive quality across all initiatives. Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams, both onshore and offshore, to create integrated solutions that drive global impact. Champion a culture of continuous learning, fostering the professional growth of team members through mentorship and training. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. +12 years of progressive experience in Murex projects, with a proven track record of team leadership and strategic planning. In-depth knowledge of Murex platform from a global point of view: GOM, datamart, MxMLExchange and FO modules. Good business knowledge in multiple domains of Capital Markets. e.g. Treasury, Market/Credit Risk and Product Control. Good products knowledge in Capital Markets domain Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving acumen and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and execute on high-impact initiatives. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Previous experience in global collaboration or management will be advantageous.
