Role Overview:

The Syniti MDM Developer will play a critical role in the technical execution of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives using the Syniti ADMM platform. Based in India, this role will focus on hands-on configuration, development, data migration, performance tuning, and support of platform operations. The developer will work closely with the MDM team to ensure technical deliverables align with business requirements and governance standards.

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize the Syniti ADMM platform to meet business and data governance requirements.

Design, build, and migrate data using Syniti MDM, ensuring alignment with SAP transformation goals.

Use Syniti's Construct module for data enrichment and workflow development.

Create MDM task orchestration and approval workflows to support future data creation and editing processes.

Implement and monitor data quality rules and remediation processes to ensure high data integrity.

Collaborate with the MDM team to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality, integration, and platform performance.

Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and technical decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3+ years of hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM.

Strong understanding of MDM, data migration, transformation, and data quality.

Experience with SAP master data domains is preferred.

Proficiency with Syniti modules including Construct, Transform, and Match/Merge, Data Quality, MDM task orchestration and approvals.
