Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects within the Emerson Delta V and Emerson DeltaV MES (Syncade) environments. This role requires a deep understanding of these technical skills with a preference for experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Emerson Delta V and Emerson DeltaV MES (Syncade) solutions effectively. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability. Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans to guide execution. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize technical expertise in Emerson Delta V and Emerson DeltaV MES (Syncade) to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues. Optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of project tools and methodologies. Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance. Support the development of project documentation to ensure comprehensive records are maintained. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team success. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Emerson Delta V and Emerson DeltaV MES (Syncade) environments. Demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration. Show proficiency in developing and executing detailed project plans. Have a proven track record of identifying and mitigating project risks.
