This Syclo Agentry Developer will work with one of our key clients and coordinate with multiple regions. This person will be based in Hyderabad, will need strong communication skills (global aspect), and is a high priority for Vistex.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the customer in the ongoing application support of their SAP agentry solutions.
• Must possess a strong JAVA skillset. Strong Hands-on experience in application development using Java/J2EE
• Shall know SAP BTP and Mobile Services
• Should know about Service Now and ITSM incident Management.

• Should have basic knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance
• Need to have good knowledge of issue debugging and root cause analysis.
• Support the end users for Work Manager issues (Sync failure, Error with Sync, Login fail, Work Order download/upload/assignment issues, attachments, etc.)
• Deploy Major and Minor enhancements for the Agentry application using screen sets, rules, transactions, complex tables, data tables, MDO, etc.
• Installation and configuration of SAP Support Portal 3.1 Eclipse, Test environment, and Agentry clients (Windows mobile devices and desktops).
• Development of SAP agentry applications from scratch with Object, Properties and Data retrieval using Steps and Configuring Fetch.
• Development objects for Business Logic Layer and Transactions Using Transactions to Transfer data to and from an application.
• Syclo configurations for Creating Fetch SAP Objects (RFCs / BAPIs) and Data Table and Complex Table for application-level Data.
• Configuring SAP Agentry Client User Interface and Publishing the Mobile app on SAP Support Portal 3
• Should be able to test, deploy and debug in both Android and iOS applications.
• Should know Code Version Management tools like GIT.

Experience : 5 years: Hands-on experience in SAP Agentry (Syclo) development.
0 years: Must know the SAP landscape, have excellent communication skills, and working /interactive experience with teams across geographies.
0 years: Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules, SAP Support Portal/HCPms, and BTP.
0 years: Understand the client\'s business environment mapped to SAP ERP.
0 years: Use of consulting skills and business process knowledge. Good communication, adaptability, and self-learning skills
0 years: Hands-on experience in Agentry Test environment and ABAP debugging.
0 years: Experience in SAP products e. g. (work manager, Service manager).
