Job Title: Swiping Machine Sales Executive - Fiserv (POS Device Sales)

Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Fiserv POS/swiping machines and digital payment solutions to retail shops, SMEs, and enterprises.

Identify and onboard new merchants by explaining the benefits of Fiserv's payment devices and services.

Meet assigned monthly sales targets (devices and revenue).

Conduct field visits, cold calling, and lead generation activities.

Collect KYC documents and ensure smooth onboarding of merchants.

Provide training to merchants on how to use the swiping machine and troubleshoot basic issues.

Build strong relationships with merchants for upselling and renewals.

Coordinate with the backend team for activation and post-sales support.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in POS machine sales / fintech / banking / field sales

.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to travel locally and meet clients.

Must be target-driven and self-motivated.

Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI, and POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in selling Fiserv, Pine Labs, Mswipe, Paytm, BharatPe, or similar swiping devices.

Graduation or 12th pass with strong field sales experience.

Local language proficiency is a must.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on sales.

6 days/week (Field work + reporting)
