The ideal candidate will manage class bookings, coordinate with parents and newcomers, ensure smooth training sessions, and maintain discipline and professionalism on site. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
swimming class bookings
(monthly and new admissions).
Engage with parents and newcomers
- explain class details, conduct, and benefits of the program.
Provide
briefings
to parents/students regarding swimming sessions and policies.
Maintain and update booking records on
WhatsApp and internal systems
.
Send
timely reminders and updates
to clients via WhatsApp.
Ensure
all coaches are present on time
for training sessions.
Oversee the overall management of the pool premises, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Act as the
first point of contact
for queries, complaints, or issues.
Coordinate directly with
management
and provide regular updates.
Ensure smooth operations during both morning and evening shifts.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
operations, customer service, or facility management
(experience in sports/fitness/swimming academy preferred).
Strong
communication and convincing skills
(English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work in
split shifts
and stay on-site during working hours.
Proficiency in WhatsApp communication and basic record-keeping
