Job Summary:

We're seeking a qualified and experienced Swimming Pool Coach to train and guide swimmers of all ages and skill levels. You'll develop and implement training programs, provide personalized coaching, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for our pool users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and conduct swimming lessons and training programs for individuals and groups.

2. Provide personalized coaching and feedback to improve swimming techniques.

3. Ensure pool safety and adherence to safety protocols.

4. Monitor and report on swimmer progress.

5. Collaborate with management to achieve pool operations goals.

Requirements:

1. Swimming coaching certification (e.g., Lifesaving, Swimming Coach Diploma).

2. Experience in swimming instruction or coaching.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work with diverse age groups.
