Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Female Swimming Coach to train and mentor students in swimming at our educational institution. The role includes planning lessons, monitoring progress, and ensuring all swimming activities are conducted in a safe, supportive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct daily swimming lessons as per school timetable. Instruct students in various swimming techniques and water survival skills. Identify individual skill levels and tailor instruction accordingly. Organize and prepare students for intra-school and inter-school competitions. Promote discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles. Supervise students before, during, and after swim sessions. Maintain pool safety standards and report any issues to the administration. Collaborate with PE staff and other coaches on student development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma/Certification in Swimming Coaching from a recognized authority. Experience coaching children in a school or academic setting is an advantage. Patient, encouraging, and able to handle large groups effectively. Female candidates only (as per institutional requirement). Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student development.

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
