About Isha Home School

Isha Home School is a residential school under Isha Foundation, offering a holistic and experiential approach to education that integrates academics with sports, arts, yoga, and wellbeing.

We are looking for

experienced Swimming Coaches (Male & Female)

to train and mentor students, ensuring safety, discipline, and skill development in a residential school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct swimming training sessions for students Ensure safety and supervision during all pool activities Teach swimming techniques, endurance, and water confidence Prepare students for inter-school competitions Maintain hygiene, discipline, and pool safety standards Coordinate with the Sports & Physical Education team

Eligibility Criteria

Certified Swimming Coach / Lifeguard certification preferred Experience in coaching children or adolescents Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols Physically fit and safety-conscious Comfortable working in a residential school setup

Preferred

Experience in schools, sports academies, or residential institutions Alignment with Isha Home School's values and culture
