Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct swimming training sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels. Teach proper swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, and water safety rules. Develop structured training plans and practice schedules. Assess students' abilities and track their progress regularly. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in and around the pool area. Supervise students during swimming classes, warm-ups, and practice sessions. Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for inter-school and inter-state competitions (if applicable). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the pool area in coordination with pool staff. Respond promptly to emergencies and administer basic first aid when necessary. Coordinate with school management for equipment and safety gear requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a swimming coach or lifeguard. Strong knowledge of swimming strokes, training methods, and water safety standards. Certification in Swimming Coaching/Lifeguard Training (preferred). Ability to handle children and maintain discipline. Good communication and motivational skills. Physically fit with the ability to demonstrate swimming techniques. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Certification in Sports Coaching or Swimming Training preferred. Prior coaching experience in schools, academies, or clubs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
