Job Description

Swimming Coach is responsible for teaching students swimming techniques, organizing practice sessions, and preparing them for competitions. The coach works with swimmers of all skill levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach swimming techniques (freestyle, backstroke, etc.) and water safety. Plan and run training sessions based on skill levels. Monitor student progress and give feedback. Prepare swimmers for competitions and events. Promote teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Ensure student safety during practices and events. Communicate with parents, staff, and administrators.
