Job Statement: Swimming Assistant - School Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming Assistant to support our school's swimming program. The ideal candidate will assist the lead instructor in delivering safe, effective, and engaging swimming lessons for students of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with organizing and setting up swimming sessions

Supervise students in and around the pool area to ensure safety

Provide support and encouragement to learners during lessons

Help demonstrate basic swimming techniques and water safety practices

Maintain a clean and orderly pool environment

Requirements:

Confident swimmer with basic knowledge of swimming techniques

Responsible, patient, and attentive to safety protocols

Good communication skills and ability to work with children

Previous experience (preferred but not required)
