Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group swimming lessons for guests of all ages and abilities. Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of learners (beginners, intermediate, advanced). Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents. Enforce pool rules, health, and safety regulations at all times. Provide first aid or emergency assistance when required. Maintain a professional and approachable manner with guests. Assist in organizing aquatic events, competitions, or fitness programs. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pool facilities and training equipment. Keep accurate records of class attendance and guest progress. Promote hotel wellness and recreation services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Certification in Swimming Coaching / Lifeguard / CPR and First Aid (mandatory). Proven experience as a swimming coach, instructor, or lifeguard. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate learners. Knowledge of water safety rules and emergency response procedures. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:

Indoor or outdoor hotel swimming pool. Guest-facing role requiring professional grooming and courteous behavior. Part of the recreation/wellness team in the hotel.

Pay: ₹9,339.32 - ₹27,370.92 per month
