About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Swim Coach

to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in training

toddlers and children

, with a strong passion for nurturing young swimmers in a fun, safe, and disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct swimming lessons for children aged below 18 years, ensuring safety and skill development. Design and implement training programs suitable for different age groups and skill levels. Maintain discipline, motivation, and engagement among students during training sessions. Ensure safety protocols and lifeguard standards are strictly followed at all times. Track and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback and encouragement. Support the academy during events, assessments, and parent interactions.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of coaching experience

(preferably with children and toddlers).

Excellent communication skills in English

- both verbal and interpersonal.

Graduate degree

(any discipline).

ASCA Swim Certification

and/or

Lifeguard Certification

- mandatory. Passionate, patient, and committed to teaching young swimmers.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
