About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused

Store Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our sweet outlet. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing reputed sweet or food retail outlets (e.g., Haldiram's, Bikanervala, Adyar Ananda Bhavan, etc.) and must be well-versed in handling billing and order management through the

Petpooja app

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, billing, and inventory management. Manage and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Handle billing and order processing using the

Petpooja app

(mandatory). Maintain hygiene, quality, and presentation standards at all times. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Track and report daily sales and expenses to management. Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience

in managing a sweet shop or food retail outlet (Haldiram's, Bikanervala, etc.).

Hands-on experience with the Petpooja billing app is mandatory.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of inventory and sales tracking. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.
