We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

Sweet and Savories Master

to lead the preparation of traditional and contemporary Indian sweets and savories. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crafting high-quality products with precision, creativity, and consistency. This role requires deep knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, food safety, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide range of Indian sweets (e.g., laddoo, boondi) and savories (e.g., seval ,aloo Bhujia ). Maintain quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times. Innovate and experiment with new recipes while retaining the authenticity of traditional dishes. Manage kitchen staff and train junior chefs or helpers as needed. Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with procurement. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Plan daily production schedules and coordinate with the sales or service team for order fulfillment. Minimize food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years

of hands-on experience in Indian sweet and savory preparation. Proven expertise in traditional and regional Indian recipes. Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Leadership and team management skills. Creativity in presentation and recipe innovation is a plus. Basic literacy for reading recipes and maintaining records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary certification or training from a recognized institute (not mandatory but a plus). Experience in catering, sweet shops, or large-scale food production units.

Compensation:

Salary: based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ?9,120.27 - ?15,000.00 per month
