GenX Hospital is seeking a dedicated and hardworking

Sweeper

to join our facility team. As a Sweeper, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly contribute to the hospital's high standards of patient care and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and clean hospital floors, hallways, staircases, and restrooms regularly Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas Maintain cleanliness in patient waiting areas, entrances, and staff rooms Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces according to hospital protocols Assist housekeeping staff as needed Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work (preferred but not required) Ability to follow instructions and work independently Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Punctual, reliable, and responsible
