Create and execute quality checks for knitting, stitching, dyeing, and finishing.
Team Leadership:
Train, motivate, and manage quality control inspectors.
Product Inspection:
Oversee final checks for defects, measurements, workmanship, and accessories.
Process Improvement:
Identify & resolve quality issues, making production more efficient.
Reporting:
Prepare analytical reports for management on quality performance.
Standards Compliance:
Ensure adherence to international buyer norms and company standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in textile/garment QA/QC, specifically sweaters/knits.
Strong understanding of quality control processes.
Problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of garment measurement and construction.
Bachelor's degree in Textiles or related field (often preferred).
