Verify eligibility and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries.
Resolve queries promptly and maintain compliance with government guidelines.
Prepare and submit reports to hospital management and relevant departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare Administration / Management).
Experience:
1-2 years in hospital operations, health insurance, or public health schemes.
Strong knowledge of
Swastha Sathi processes
or similar government health programs preferred.
Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
