Citiyano De Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled
SBM Project Executive
to support the implementation and monitoring of the
Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM)
project in Kushinagar district. The ideal candidate must possess strong project coordination, field management, and documentation skills, along with a genuine interest in community development and sanitation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
Coordinate with district, block, and panchayat-level officials for effective project implementation.
Conduct field visits to assess sanitation-related activities, community mobilization, and IEC campaigns.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, presentations, and MIS data as required by the project.
Support training programs, awareness campaigns, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Identify gaps, propose workable solutions, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
Maintain communication with government departments, partner organizations, and community stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Rural Development, Management, Social Work, or related fields).
1-2 years of relevant experience in government/CSR/public health/sanitation or development sector projects.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel within the district.
Problem-solving attitude with a commitment to community development.
