Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to villages, wards, and Gram Panchayats in
Kushinagar
.
Organize and support
community awareness activities
, meetings, and sanitation campaigns.
Coordinate with local officials, community leaders, volunteers, and households.
Collect field data, photographs, reports, and submit daily progress updates.
Assist in IEC/BCC activities related to sanitation, hygiene, and waste management.
Monitor progress of toilet construction, waste management systems, and other SBM initiatives.
Identify ground-level issues and share timely feedback with project supervisors.
Assist in documentation, surveys, baseline data collection, and monitoring activities.
Ensure effective coordination between the field team and district-level office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
(preferably in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, or related fields).
0-2 years
of experience in fieldwork or community engagement (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi.
Willingness to travel extensively across rural areas of
Kushinagar
.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, data handling, and reporting.
Ability to work independently and handle field-level responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in
SBM, WASH, Rural Development, or Government Projects
.
Familiarity with the local geography, culture, and community structure of Kushinagar.
Ability to conduct meetings, mobilize communities, and resolve field challenges.
