Job Description

As a member of the 5G Level 2 Software Development team at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining User Plane Level 2 software for Mobile Networks Radio Access Network products.



Develop and maintain User Plane Level 2 software for 5G technologies in Mobile Networks RAN. Specify and implement Level 2 features and software components to enhance performance. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams. Conduct fault analysis and troubleshoot internal and customer-related issues. Utilize software testing processes and tools to ensure quality and reliability of components. Perform debugging and problem-solving, including crash analysis and log interpretation.

You should have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience from 3 to 7 years Expertise in 5G User Plane development Strong development experience in C/C++ Proficient in debugging and fault analysis Experience with real-time operating systems

Good interpersonal skills for multi-site collaboration Ability to manage complex relationships Analytical skills with an architectural and design mindset Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning concepts
