What success looks like in this role:

Cloud Architect (Solution Squad):

• Responsible for understanding the business requirements for each agency, the standards/strategy and for combining this into a detailed solution;
• Provides high level and low-level design in cooperation with the Migration Engineers;
• Develop the required architecture documents;
• Manages and tracks the build processes;
• Knowledge of Network design and Active Directory integration;
• Experience of solutioning and Architecture experience with AWS and/or Azure.

Migration Engineer:

• Provides leadership of the migration teams and coordinates with the Client and agency contacts;
• Lead the implementation of migration plan to cloud platform;
• Experience managing and leading migration to cloud projects;
• Responsible for execution of migration tasks, such as runbook creation, server replication and handoff to operations team;
• Executes migration steps per wave migration plan;
• Installs and configures the tools that are needed to achieve the migrations;
• Migrate MS SQL databases to PaaS services;
• Responsible for updating runbooks;
• Provides Hypercare support after the migration;
• Experience migrating workload to AWS and/or Azure;

Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. . Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop applications products. . Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. . Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. . Leads the design, development and application of advanced software engineering methods and techniques to the analysis, definition, development, evaluation, qualification and/or support of complex products, tools or technologies in one or more specialized fields. . Acts as a source of current and relevant technological, professional and/or market knowledge in areas of specialization. . May manage schedule, quality and technical solution on assigned projects in coordination with project leadership. May oversee schedule, quality and technical solution performance of staff.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience. . Specific technical skill requirements include proficiency in demonstrating/performing one or more skills in each technical skill group. . Advanced level knowledge and experience with software and system engineering lifecycle and tools including requirements development, configuration management and software sustainment. . Advanced knowledge of system and software architecture frameworks.
