Profile-SW Architect
Exp.- Minimum 10 Years in SW development and SW Architecture
Education- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or Electronics engineering
Location- Pune
Job Brief:
The Automotive Software Architect is responsible for the creation of vehicle-level software systems architecture design and associated architectural standards. This position cascades
the architecture for implementation to the product development team.
The Embedded Software Systems Architect works to ensure compliance to standards.
Understand all requirement sources customer, vehicle, regulatory, etc. as inputs for developing vehicle-level software architecture.
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Automotive industry
Excellent working experience in designing and optimizing various platforms such
as QNX, Linux, Autosar
End To end working experience in architecture, high-level and low-level design of
the platform features such as Memory management, Diagnostics, Calibration,
Vehicle Config, Logging, Persistence, Software Download, Automotive Network
comms, Lifecycle Management, Kernel driver integration, Cyber Security, platform
configuration, SW bring up and optimization
Experience in design patterns and knowledge of architectural patterns
Experienced in programming languages such as C/C++. With strong coding skills
Hands-on with tools/SW such as RTOS. QT, Linux, Embedded system HMI, DOORS,
TRM, EA, DaVinci, GHS, MATLAB, UML, SysML, etc
Experience in ASPICE compliance, FUSA etc.
Experience in integration of numerous features in a system.
Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently, and deliver on
time in a fast-paced work environment
Roles and Responsibilities :
The SW architect is the technical authority for all the product software. He/she is the go-to
SW technical person.
The Embedded Software Systems Architect works to ensure compliance to standards.
Provide technical leadership and decision-making to the product software development
teams for software systems-related matters.
High understanding and relevant technical experience with system and software
architecture design.
Understand all requirement sources, customer, vehicle, regulatory, etc., as inputs for
developing vehicle-level software architecture.
Decompose PRD requirements into SW Architecture with component-level SW requirements traced to PRD requirements.
He/She has a deep technical understanding of the software and will make recommendations
and decisions on the SW implementation.
Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently, and deliver on time in a
fast-paced work environment
