Job Summary
The General Manager, Global Capability Centers, is a senior enterprise leader responsible for driving the company's global GCC strategy, with full operational leadership of the country GCC. This role ensures the global network of capability centers delivers enterprise value through operational excellence, talent scalability, and aligned capabilities. The role defines center roles, guide capability development (e.g., automation, SG&A, clinical, etc.), and leads transformation initiatives that improve cost, performance, and delivery impact. Partners closely with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Units to ensure GCCs are fully integrated into enterprise execution and positioned for long-term growth. Sets the vision and executes a strategy to reshape shared services bringing a commercial mindset to service delivery - redesigning core processes, defining the workforce of the future, adopting agile at scale, evolving the operating model with the businesses and technology organization to cement a stronger partnership orientation and, importantly, transforming the culture to become more nimble, collaborative,
results oriented and customer-focused. Builds a strong leadership team through strategic recruitment and talent development with clear career paths, establishing a solid reputation and relationships within the ecosystem, and ensuring the successful integration of new resources being. Drives innovation by optimizing the current platform, manages the country budget effectively, fosters cross-functional
collaboration, and develops infrastructure in center hubs.
Core Responsibilities
Global GCC Strategy:
Develops and leads a unified strategy across all global capability centers--defining hub roles, optimizing footprints, and aligning talent, cost, and capability to business needs.
Country GCC Leadership:
Provides full operational and strategic leadership for the country GCC, ensuring excellence across operations, shared services, and operational excellence teams.
Regional Oversight & Integration:
Maintains strategic oversight of the Global GCC's and partner closely with leaders in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to support ne work integration and performance.
Workforce Optimization:
Acts as a key voice in shaping global workforce strategy--balancing scale, cost, and skill alignment while informing decisions on FTE mix, contractor usage, and location-based delivery models.
Transformation & Enablement:
Owns right-shoring, capability development, and digital enablement for GCCs--establishing and growing these critical hubs--while driving strategic alignment, automation, and advanced analytics adoption across the broader global GCC networkto unlock capacity, elevate service quality, and future-proof operations.
Stakeholder Leadership:
Influences global executives and engages with regional regulators and partners to advance site performance, regulatory compliance, and business enablement.
Leadership & Culture:
Builds a high-performance, globally integrated leadership bench across hubs while fostering high performance, agile, and accountable teams.

Education Requirements
Min/Preferred Education Level Description
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
In related field
Preferred Graduate Degree MBA strongly preferred
Additional Qualifications
Progressive global leadership experience in shared services, global capability centers (GCC), global business services (GBS), or multinational operations--with a proven track record of enterprise impact.
Direct experience leading and scaling major international hubs, ideally with full operational responsibility in India and strategic oversight or partnership experience in Eastern Europe (e.g., Serbia) and other global regions.
High cultural fluency and global mindset, with demonstrated success operating across diverse geographies and time zones.
Expertise in enterprise transformation including right-shoring, workforce optimization, and capability build-outs (e.g., automation, clinical delivery, SG&A functions).
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering across HR, Finance, Technology, and Business Units to align strategy and execution.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across complex, matrixed environments.
