About Us:
Hasiru Farmlands is a fast-growing managed farmland company committed to sustainable agriculture and eco-conscious development. We operate across multiple prime locations in Karnataka, managing farmland projects with a focus on horticulture, organic farming, and innovative agri-practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online inquiries, site visits, events, tele-calling).
Pitch managed farmland or real estate offerings to prospective clients and conduct property tours.
Build relationships and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Understand client needs and present customized solutions aligned with company offerings.
Maintain and update CRM software with leads, prospects, and client status.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions as needed.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for seamless post-sales experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
0-4 years of experience in real estate, land sales, or direct B2C selling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for farmland, sustainability, or real estate is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
