Short Description
Formulating function wise sustainability targets and regular interactions with all functions across organization to consolidate on these targets. Enhancing/Refining existing sustainability metrics including improved ways of measuring, more efficient collection of data and documenting details.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination across various functions for leading sustainability projects, towards achieving sustainable targets of the organization.
Coordinate and discuss with Functions to identify and develop sustainability roadmaps
Interaction with various stakeholders (internal/external)
KPI
Firming up of functional sustainability targets
Monthly variance monitoring and reporting of the target completion & new initiatives
Follow-up & Review with various functions to constantly update and report on the sustainability targets
KPI
Firm up a review mechanism & constantly update the progress
Responsible for managing website and social media handle on sustainability
Coordination with IT and SAS team for content generation and posting
KPI
Ensure content is updated for website/social media
ESG Data collection and Compilation to support Sustainability report &
Engage with consultants for report assurance
Coordination across functions for data collation
Shortlist functional Case Studies for SR
Ensuring an external audit/validation of our practices/initiatives
KPI
Ensure readiness of draft sustainability report
Participation in Global & National Sustainability Program/Indices
Identifying best practices in respect of sustainability
Completion of the Applications with inputs from all stakeholders
Resolution of Investor queries on ESG

Enhancing HMCL's ESG score across various platforms

Sustained motivation as identification of new targets & functional agreement might be a challenge
Dealing with ambiguity- In many situations decisions have to be taken basis limited information available
Intra-department coordination,review & feedback-coordinating with various teams(Sales team/HO planning/operations/finance) for resolving stuck up cases
Converting data points into result oriented information/action
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Experience: 7-12yrs
