Job Description

The role involves data analysis and insights generation for leadership, strategic roadmap development, ESG publications, stakeholder communication, and sustainability-related PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Insights

• Develop and refine G2G sustainability roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to inform sustainability strategy and decision-making.
• Prepare sustainability performance reports and insights for management and board-level discussions.

2. Reporting & Publication

• Take responsibility for capturing G2G Sustainability initiatives and converting them into well-prepared stories within client's ESG reports.
• Work closely with the ESG reporting team to ensure impactful storytelling and alignment with sustainability disclosures.
• Develop compelling sustainability narratives for annual reports, BRSR, GRI disclosures, and stakeholder presentations.

3. Communication & Engagement

• Develop and execute internal and external sustainability communication plans.
• Monitor emerging sustainability policies, trends and engage with stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies on sustainability priorities.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Relations, and external agencies to drive sustainability-led brand positioning.
• Manage sustainability-related PR and thought leadership articles, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.
• Drive employee engagement programs to build a sustainability-focused culture within the organization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Management/Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for ESG performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in capturing sustainability initiatives and developing ESG narratives.
• Familiarity with global and India ESG frameworks (GRI, CSRD, SBTi, BRSR, etc.).
• Prior experience in FMCG, CPG, or related industries.
• Exposure to public policy advocacy and sustainability communications.
• Experience with sustainability data management tools and dashboards.
