As a Sustainability Integration Associate, you’ll work with various stakeholders across real estate, finance, procurement, communications and IT at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency in India. You’ll need to provide diplomatic and timely communication in an agile work environment with iterative planning and delivery cycles. Specifically, you will: Responsibilities:
Plan and manage multiple concurrent complex projects in the areas of energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy procurement, waste, recycling & circular economy
Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals and charter, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Apply project management tools/techniques
Drive project-related change management
Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning on common goals and communicating risks; run effective meetings
Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule
Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables
Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of your projects
Develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors
Deliver value by leading projects and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers
Drive projects forward amid stalling forces
Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution
Who You Are
Highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
You have 3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects
Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and cross-cultural communication skills (written and oral)
Exceptional process and analytical capabilities

Successful at getting buy-in for your ideas with a demonstrated affinity for metrics
Respectful and influential; you have the ability to push back when needed and can approach work rationally

Experience defining and reporting on operational metrics and generating problem statements that are supported by data you have compiled

Develop innovative solutions and collaborate with global counterparts and cross-functional teams to implement them
You strive to meet aggressive goals, and know when to reset expectations
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated previous experiences in corporate sustainability or similar initiatives at Indeed or at other corporate, academic, non-profit or government organizations
Examples of sustainability initiatives includes development of greenhouse gas emissions accounting tools, waste reduction efforts, and/or creation of environmental awareness-raising campaigns in international and Indian organizational cultures

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
