Skills:
1) Should be comfortable to relocate to Japan for any long-term assignments (12+ months) given
2) proficiency Over Japanese language in verbal n textual medium (mail correspondence in Japanese etc)
3) ability to understand technical and business concepts
4) work experience in a Japanese company
5) good at Japanese native stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management.
6) writing skill (Japanese to English, English to Japanese must)
