Enablement Associate.

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for enabling the broader commercial organization in leveraging sustainability in the customer dialogue. This is a unique opportunity to work with learning and development to shape a more sustainable future.

Welcome to Commercial Sustainability.

At Novonesis, sustainability is at the core of who we are and what we do. The Commercial Sustainability team seeks to understand what sustainability means to our customers across all 30 industries we operate in, including agriculture, food processing, brewing, precision fermented protein, laundry detergents, textiles, biofuels, and human health. We work closely with colleagues across all business areas to articulate the sustainability benefits of our biosolutions and find impactful ways to engage customers.


You will be working in a diverse and inclusive, global team of sustainability professionals.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

Rolling out global learning programs, such as Sustainability 101 and Sustainability in Sales, to build sustainability capabilities across all commercial teams. Creating resources, presentations, and memos that help sales and marketing colleagues confidently articulate Novonesis' sustainability value. Developing and supporting digital tools that make sustainability insights accessible and easy to use for commercial teams worldwide. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and support services, ensuring they lead to stronger customer engagement and impact. Responding to sustainability-related requests from customers and sales teams, when needed. Contributing new ideas and creative approaches to continuously evolve how we enable sustainability in sales

Potentially relevant experience:

Atleast 2-3 years of experience in a corporate sustainability, customer support or learning and development role Customer-centric, with strong service mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Strong project management skills Broad knowledge about the sustainability agenda Bachelors' degree in business, or sustainability
