. This is an
unpaid traineeship (6-8 weeks)
where you will gain
hands-on experience in sustainable fashion practices
, including
fabric waste recycling, eco-material research, and upcycled product development
. You will work closely with our sustainability and design teams to bring innovative green solutions into Wabric's production cycle.
Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Sustainability Design/ Human-Centered / Circular Product Design and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship. (Add Portfolio Link in Resume)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
researching eco-friendly fabrics, natural dyes, and sustainable materials
.
Support projects on
waste fabric upcycling
into new products (toys, cushions, accessories, etc.).
Help design
process flows for fabric recycling and zero-waste systems
.
Document
waste-to-product experiments, materials, and outcomes
.
Collaborate with the design team to explore
eco-inspired product concepts
.
Support awareness campaigns on
sustainable fashion for Wabb community and customers
