Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Sushi Commi-2 to join our culinary team. The right candidate should have a positive attitude and a passion for food. who will assist senior chefs in preparing high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of sushi, maki rolls, nigiri, and basic Japanese dishes Support the Sushi Chef and senior team members during service Help with organisation, ingredient preparation, and station setup Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sushi station Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Assist with the proper storage and handling of seafood and ingredients Work efficiently during service hours and follow kitchen SOPs

Requirements:

2+ years experience or training in sushi / Pan Asian cuisine as a COMMI 2 Willingness to learn sushi techniques and knife skills Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow orders from senior chefs Team-oriented attitude with good discipline and work ethic Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
